Can I return my product if it arrives melted?
Products are designed to melt around body temperature. If your item(s) arrive melted in transit we might not be able to replace or refund payment. If melting does occur simply put product in the fridge to solidify, they’ll still be useable.
What do I do if I received the wrong product?
